1. GOD LOVES YOU AND IS SEEKING TO HAVE PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU In this is love, not that we loved God, but
that He loved us, and sent His Son to remove the barrier of sin(1 John 4:10). God loves you and planned a wonderful, full
life for you. He wants to enter a personal and intimate relationship with you that includes fellowship, inner peace, happiness,
guidance in life and power to fulfill His special plan for your life. 2. SIN HAS CAUSED A BARRIER BETWEEN GOD
AN MAN There is no one righteous, not even one (Romans 3:10). This means that in God's eyes no one is good enough or
in right standing with God. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). You, me, the
pope, the President and every person on this earth are all sinners until we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The reason
for this is because Adam and Eve sinned in the garden. You had no say in their decision that caused all of us to be born into
sin and death. However, you do have say in a decision to accept Christ, which causes us to be forgiven of our sins and to
have eternal life with God. 3. JESUS CHRIST CAME TO REMOVE THE BARRIER BETWEEN GOD AND MAN. But God demonstrates
His love for us, in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). This shows us that while we were
still sinners, God loves us. He didn't just say He loved us, He showed us by his actions.Jesus said of Himself, "For
God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting
life." (John 3:16)"The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."
(Matthew 20:28) For the death that we are worthy of, He took for us on the cross. 4. NOW THERE IS ONLY ONE BARRIER
BETWEEN YOU AND GOD. YOU MUST RECEIVE THE PARDON JESUS PURCHASED FOR YOU. The wages of sin is death , but the gift of
God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord(Romans 6:23). This means that our wages or payment (what we earn) for our sin
is death. For we just heard that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. This means that everyone who is a
sinner is worthy of death and that hell has a right to them! It's like every person without Jesus is on death row accept you
don't know when youre going to die. It's like the person on death row, unless you call the governor or president and get a
pardon from them, there is no way out! But when you pray the prayer to accept Jesus that's your call to God, and He gives
you your pardon out of death. The second part of the verse in Romans 5:8 states, But the gift of God is eternal life in Christ
Jesus our Lord. So you might have thought you had something to do with being saved? Other than the saying the prayer to
accept Christ - God has done the rest. It's a gift God has given us. All we have to do is ask. He'll give it, and we just
receive it. In Ephesians 2:8-9 it says, For by grace you have been saved, through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is
the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. This means that we are not saved by our own works, by how much money
we give, by going to church or by what we do. We can't earn our way to heaven. So you now see the pardon and provision we
have, God's gift to us, His Son. Repent and believe the good news(Romans 6:23). In Luke 13:3 Jesus Himself states,
Unless you repent you will all like wise perish. There must be repentance of sin. Repentance means to turn away from sin.
We must be willing to see our mistakes and sins then turn away and head in the opposite direction. Then admit and confess
them to God for forgiveness. In 1 John1:9 it states, If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us of our
sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 5. WHAT EVERY PERSON ON EARTH MUST DO TO BE SAVED That if
you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead you will be
saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved
(Romans 10: 9-10). This means the required action we must take to be saved is this. Believe and confess to God. It's like
enlisting in the military. They will make you raise your right hand and say an oath to enlist. But when you say a prayer of
repentance and forgiveness to God, youre enlisting in God's Army!! Romans 10:13 says, Everyone who calls on the
name of the Lord will be saved. Everyone is you and me. Lastly some one may ask why Jesus?? Acts 4: 12 states, Nor is there
salvation in any other name under heaven given among men by which we might be saved. John 14: 6 declares, Jesus said to him,
I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. This means there is no other way to
God our Father, but by Jesus. John 6:44-45 says, No one can come to Me (Jesus), unless the Father who sent Me draws him,
and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, and they shall all be taught by God. Therefore everyone
who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me. You see everyone believes their is a God, but remember even satan
believes in God and Jesus however he isn't saved. No one can come to Jesus unless God takes him to His Son. So in looking
for the true God, God the Father will lead us to his Son because only by His Son can we have a relationship with God. Jesus
is the one and only way to get to the one and only true God in heaven, our home. I know the plan of salvation, I've just covered
with you has helped you see the importance of the decision your facing. 6. IS THIS YOU.... Maybe their might
be a person right now reading this that has never made a decision for Christ, said the sinner's prayer or once did, but has
fallen away from God. I would ask you now if you were to die at this very moment and stand before God would He let you into
heaven? Can you honestly say right now that you know without a doubt that you would go to heaven after what you've just read?
If your answer is NO, I DONT KNOW 100% THAT I WOULD GO TO HEAVEN then pray this pray with me right now with all of your heart,
and prepare to meet the Living God, your Savoir and Lord Jesus Christ. Father in the name of Jesus, I come before
you today to ask for forgiveness of all of my sins. Cleanse me of all unrighteousness. Today, I believe in my heart and confess
with my mouth that Jesus died on the cross for me and rose from the dead. I ask you now Lord Jesus to come into my heart and
I confess you as my Lord and Savoir. I give my life to you. I renounce the kingdom of darkness and Satan. My Life belongs
to you Lord Jesus. I'm saved. I'm on my way to heaven. Thank you Lord Jesus for saving me. In Jesus Name, AMEN!!!
Friend know right now the angels in heaven are rejoicing with joy in the presence of God over you!!! According to Luke
15:10 Now heaven is your destination and home!!!
THE NEXT QUESTION YOU MAY HAVE IS WHAT TO DO NEXT? Now that you have accepted Christ as your own personal
Savior, you need to be assured of your salvation. Be baptized. Get to know God. Fellowship with other Christians. Share about
the Lord with others. FIRST - BE ASSURED OF YOUR SALVATION 1 John 5:13 says, These things I have written
to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue
to believe in the name of the Son of God. Know that when you accept Jesus as your savoir you can know, not doubt but know,
you are saved and forgiven. Also, John 1:12-13 states, But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children
of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man,
but of God. So you now see that you may know that you are saved and a child of God because you have received Him and believed
on His name. Lastly, Jesus Himself declares that we will be judged by the word of God. Its important to see that your belief
is based on the bible, and youve done what the bible says to do! For John 12: 47-48 declares, And if anyone hears my words
and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. He who rejects me
and does not receive my words, has that which judges him- the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.
SECOND - BE BAPTIZED Acts 2:38 states, Repent and be baptized everyone of you. This is not meant as an option,
baptism is your first step of obedience towards Christ. It is a command. We are to be baptized after accepting Jesus as savoir.
It is an outward demonstration of the inward change. When you are baptized and go under the water and back out, you are stating
who I was before I knew Christ Jesus, the old man the old woman is going down into that water to stay there and who I am now
the new man the new woman in Christ Jesus is rising out of the water ready to serve my Lord and savoir Jesus Christ. Now
I have just completed my first step in obedience in my new relationship with God. THIRD - GET TO KNOW GOD In getting
to know God each and everyday we grow closer to Him in our relationship. There are some key essential things we must do to
achieve this. They are praise and worship, prayer, and reading God's word. The First area in getting to know God is
praise in worship. Praise and worship is very important. In Psalm 22:3 Gods word declares, You are holy who inhabits the praises
of your people. It's important that you see God inhabits the praises of His people. We want to praise and worship God, which
brings in the anointing power of God that changes lives. It in strengthens us each and everyday and allows us to feel the
full power and presence that will bring us into a new fellowship with Him. Praise and worship is the very thing many times
that will allow us to break through the burdens, chains, and bondages that seem to appear and want to grab a hold of us in
a time of need. Then we just begin to praise and worship God, which will allow those bondages to fall off and be destroyed.
The next area in getting to know God is read your bible 2 Timothy 2:15 states, Study to show yourself approved unto God.
2 Timothy 3:16 reads, All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete thoroughly equipped for every good work. We must find
time to read our bible each and everyday. Whether it's one minute, ten minutes or one hour whatever we have available we must
use it in reading God's word. It is not an option it is a must!! It is a vital essential that is required in getting to know
our Lord and in growing with him. It only takes a moment to be born but a lifetime to grow. If you remember as a baby you
first were given milk. Then baby food. After that you then ate smaller portions of food off of your parents plate, and now
a full course meal. When you were a baby how many Whoppers or Big Macs could you eat? However, now you probably could eat
a couple very easily. It's like that in God's word, he is going to give you what you need to know in growing and give you
the milk of the word. You may not understand certain things you read but just keep reading and don't stop. Know the bible
will interpret the bible. What you need to understand something you just read is somewhere else in God's word, maybe in just
the next paragraph or chapter away. Remember when God tells us to do something we do it even if we don't understand it. If
we wait until we understand everything God tells us to do before we do it, we won't go very far. I believe it is very important
to start of in the first four books of the New Testament Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. You can read them in any order.
Now, I want you to have a visual picture of a person standing in front of you. As you walk around that man you see his four
sides. You see the front of him, the left side of him, the back of him and the right side of him. In reading each of the four
gospels you will see each of the four sides of Christ. Not only the four gospels but all of the 66 books of the bible will
show you Christ from many different angles and degrees. You will see Him. You will see you. You will see you in him and Him
in you both working together to build a stronger relationship daily. That's why if you read only a few scriptures here and
there, you may only see a part of an elbow, toe, ear, and eye. However, you won't know how it works and you won't be able
to see the entire body unless you see the full person of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in the fullness
of His word. So remember we need all of God's word, all 66 books to see the complete panorama of God, our destiny God Has
Planned for us, and where God has you destined to be in your lifetime. Thirdly, in getting to know God it is important
to devote yourself to prayer. In Colossians 4:2 God's word says, "Devote yourself to prayer, being watchful and thankful."
In Jeremiah 33:3 it states, "Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not
know." Through prayer by Jesus Christ we now have a direct line to God our Father in Heaven. When we pray we use the
name of Jesus. This is found in John 16: 23-24 it states, "Most assuredly I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in
my name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full."
God desires to hear from us each and everyday in prayer. Know that in praying for any request it is important to find scripture
to back up what youre praying. Why? Because unless It's in God's word most likely God won't answer your prayer. But if you
get a scripture to stand on now you have something that gets His attention. Here are two of many effective ways to pray according
to God's word. The first example is if I say Father strengthen me I'm Having a bad day, in Jesus name Amen. Its not nearly
as powerful as Father strengthen me. For your word in Philippians 4:13 says "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens
me. In Jesus name, Amen. For our second example lets look at the Lord's prayer in Matthew 6: 9-13. Jesus gave you a perfect
model to follow. Take the first line for example, "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name." In this line, acknowledge
God as your Father in Heaven, declare his great works and all He has done. Next begin to bless and just praise his name. Then
go down line by line in the same manner. It's a shocker to most, that in our daily prayers of asking God to forgive us of
our sins. Instead of asking forgiveness at the beginning of our prayer. Jesus says for us to ask for forgiveness of our sins
after we ask for our daily bread. Which is our needs for that day. Take a closer look at the Lords prayer and really study
it as the perfect model of prayer. Lastly, In wanting to know more on how to pray read Matthew 6: 5-13. Make sure to always
pray before reading your Bible too!! This tells God that your recognizing you need His help in reading His word. Remember
a prayerless Christian is a powerless Christian!! The next area in getting to know God is attend church. Hebrews
10: 24-25 states "And let us consider how we are to spur one another on toward good deeds. Let us not give up meeting
together, as some are in habit of doing, but let us encourage one another. Church gives us the opportunity to come together
in one place to worship and praise God, and it will help you many times to see that you are not alone. If Jesus did it, shouldnt
we. We find that in Luke 4: 16 Jesus went to the synagogue - which in His day was representative of church. For Luke 4:
16 reads, .And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. Finding a good church
is so very important. You may ask yourself how can I do this. Make sure that everything that the church speaks, teaches and
preaches on comes directly from God's word. That the church believes that the bible is the infallible, inerrant, ever living
word of God from beginning to end and it has no mistakes. They should believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only way to
get to God. Salvation is a free gift, not by works or the law. They should believe that every believer can have any of the
gifts of the Holy Spirit and the baptism of the Holy Spirit. That a Christian can do what the apostles did, and the same
things and even greater than Jesus. For in John 14:12 Jesus Himself states, "Most assuredly I say to you, he who believes
in Me, the works that I do he will do also, and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father." There
are many other ways to grow with God, which you will learn in your walk with Him. Now when God speaks to us He will show us
things in us he wants to do and to fix. This is done through His Holy spirit many times by using conviction. God will show
us that the things were saying, doing, thinking or any thing else may be wrong and needs to change. He wants us to turn from
it ask for forgiveness, repent and say Lord I realize it's a wrong thing and we run into His arms and He receives us with
His love and were forgiven. Our enemy satan wants us to feel condemnation. Condemnation is were satan wants you to feel you
are unworthy to be in God's presence. That God will never forgive you of those sins, and he wants you to feel like your burdened
down with situations in life that God can never understand. Satan wants you to turn away from God and go in the opposite direction
towards him!! So now you see the difference between conviction, which God uses to bring you closer to him, and condemnation,
which satan uses to make you turn away from God and feel unworthy to be near God. FOURTH - FELLOWSHIP WITH OTHER
CHRISTIANS It is so very important to fellowship with other Christians. One, it lets you know you are not alone. Two,
that you can have others who can relate and many times help you in a time of need. However, you may need to change who you
have hung around with in the past and hanging around with now. For 1 Corinthians 15:33 states, Bad company corrupts good
morals." Get around those that are going to build you up, not tear you down. For your true Christian friends should
speak life to you. For Jesus Himself declares in John 6:63, It is the spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The
words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. Know those who come to you that are truly from God will offer you
hope, life, and give to you peace that always lines up with Gods word. Not fear, doubt, discouragement or any thing else
that goes against Gods word. So next time someone comes to talk to you, ask yourself, Is what they are saying helping me
or does it hurt me. Be proud to be a Christian and remember God loves you. LASTLY - SHARE ABOUT THE LORD WITH
OTHERS Spread the good news. Let others know what has happened in your life and the reasons why you turn from where
you once were to where youre now at with the Lord. For in Psalm 107:2 the bible says, "Let the redeemed of the Lord say
so." I would like for you to remember a couple of things be fore I close. First, Know you are
not perfect and may make some mistakes. In your walk with God, He knows this. Thats why Jesus came. He lived the perfect
life that we can't. That's why we need to read God's word and strive to make our life as close to what God desires for us,
and thank God for Jesus to make this possible. For 1 john 1:9 says, If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive
us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 john 2 : 1-2 reads, My little children, these things I write to
you, that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself
is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world. Remember we may make mistakes, but
everyday pick yourself back up, keep a short account by confessing your sins to God daily, and press toward the mark of the
high calling in Christ Jesus our Lord. If in the future an hour, day or weeks to come you here a voice that says youre not
saved or was it real what you did or could God have really possibly forgiven you from your past and all of your sins? Maybe
you would even say I don't feel it. Well know the heart is deceitfully wicked above all things according to Jeremiah 17: 9.
Were not saved by our emotions but rather by our actions of God's word. Remember you can be assured of your salvation as
written in 1 John 5:13. Some ask well how do I know the voice of God from any other voices I might here? In your life their
are four voices you can hear - God's, yours, the worlds or the devil. So how can you tell who's to follow and whos speaking.
This is simple if you know the word of God, because everything God will tell us to do will agree with and line up to His word
in the bible. God will never tell us to do something that's deceitful, corrupt, or anything for that matter that goes against
His word. You may say what if I haven't read the bible? Well friends that why we must read God's word and never stop. A Christian
who has a messed up bible has a life that's not! Finally remember God loves you and know matter what you face
it will never be impossible to do, through our Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ. For the bible says in Phil 4:13, I can do all
things through Christ who strengthens me. 1 Corinthians 10:13 reads, No temptation has overtaken you such as is common to
man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also
make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 2: 9 states, For eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. Phil 1:6 declares, Being
confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. In
Psalm 37:4 Gods word says, Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.-- In Romans
8:37-39 we read of Gods all powerful and never ending love. It reads, Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors
through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that nether death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things
present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love
of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Finally, in wishing you the best in your new walk and relationship
with God I leave you with a scripture of blessing from Numbers 6:24-26 which states, The Lord bless
you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you,
and give you peace." God bless you and see you soon when we go up in the rapture of the church to meet our
Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ.
